Hill, Farrer & Burrill LLP

Careers

Founded in 1923, Hill Farrer has provided a financially stable, collegial environment for its attorneys to practice law for 100 years. Partners are given significant latitude to manage their own individual practices (including establishment of their own billing rates), and a formulaic compensation system eliminates the arbitrariness of compensation committees and other subjective compensation arrangements. With no debt and lease costs at a small percentage of total revenues, Hill Farrer is able to return a large amount of its revenues to its partners as earnings. If you have a portable book of business and are interested in working in a different environment, please send your resume to info@hillfarrer.com.

Hill Farrer also considers law students with excellent academic credentials for associate positions with the firm. We encourage interested law students to submit their resumes with their law school GPA to info@hillfarrer.com.

Hill Farrer is an equal opportunity employer.
