WHITNEY B. KRINGEL's practice includes both corporate and real estate transactional matters and litigation.  Her real estate practice focuses on leasing, purchases and sales, and title and easement issues.  In the corporate realm, Ms. Kringel assists clients with the formation or conversion of corporate entities, as well as corporate acquisitions and dispositions.  Ms. Kringel also represents both plaintiffs and defendants in various types of litigation matters, including probate, trade-secrets, and employment matters.  

Ms. Kringel joined Hill, Farrer & Burrill in 2005 after earning her Juris Doctor degree from the Gould School of Law at the University of Southern California.  She was admitted to the California bar in 2005 and has also been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California.
