JESSE MOLINA is a partner of the firm who practices in various areas of law including  business/commercial, civil, real estate, and employment.  Mr. Molina has extensive experience in trial-oriented, complex commercial litigation, and has substantial trial experience in the state and federal courts of California. 

Reflecting the diversity of clients doing business in California, Mr. Molina represents and counsel businesses and individuals in civil and commercial litigation matters, including those involving product liability, personal injury, negligence, real estate, leasing, construction defect, intellectual property, trade secret misappropriation, toxic torts, directors’ and officers’ liability, insurance coverage, legal malpractice, fraud, bankruptcy, business tort and various other complex business disputes.   

Mr. Molina has significant experience defending employers in cases involving a wide range of labor and employment law issues, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of employment contracts, and workers’ compensation, wage and hour claims, and employment-related unfair competition actions.

Mr. Molina graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.  He received his Juris Doctor degree in 2000 from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law.  Mr. Molina was admitted to the California bar in 2000 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California and United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  Mr. Molina's professional affiliations include the Litigation section of the State Bar of California and Los Angeles County Bar Association.
