STEVEN F. RASPE handles all forms of real estate transactions, including leasing, licensing and purchase and sale agreements. He has extensive experience in all types and phases of litigation before both federal and state courts. He has represented clients in areas of commercial litigation, real estate, unfair competition and toxic torts. In addition to these areas, he has represented clients in product liability matters and environmental cases (prosecuted by both the government and individuals), and also has expertise in litigating complex multi-party cases. He has recently conducted trials involving claims against insurance and real estate brokers, with resolutions favorable to his clients.
