WILLIAM M. BITTING specializes in all areas of civil and business litigation with extensive experience in the field of eminent domain, including the world's largest verdict in an eminent domain case. Mr. Bitting has served as special counsel to public agencies in landmark litigation and has participated as legal counsel in numerous significant condemnation and business litigation trials in the private sector, both jury and non-jury. He represents major clients in the aerospace, manufacturing, transportation, banking, and entertainment industries.
Mr. Bitting received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1962 and 1965, respectively.
Mr. Bitting's professional and social memberships include the State Bars of California, all Federal Courts, the California Club. He is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.
