SUZANNE J. HOLLAND represents employers in both state and federal courts handling sexual harassment and other employment discrimination claims, as well as wrongful termination and other employment-related litigation. Additionally, Ms. Holland represents employers before the Equal Employment Commission and the California Fair Employment and Housing Department, the Department of Labor, the California Department of Labor Standards Enforcement, the California Labor Commissioner and other administrative agencies. Ms. Holland also handles litigation to obtain injunctive relief in labor disputes, as well as grievance arbitration under collective bargaining agreements and renders advice on managing employee relations in compliance with all employment-related statutes.

Ms. Holland has specialized in labor and employment law for 18 years representing a broad spectrum of employers in various industries, with a concentration in the aerospace, defense contractor, oil and airline industries.

After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh in 1967, Ms. Holland received her Juris Doctor degree in 1980 from Loyola Law School, where she received the Loyola Law School Academic Achievement Award. After graduating from law school, Ms. Holland clerked for the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Ms. Holland was admitted to the California bar in 1981 and has been admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Southern, Northern and Central Districts of California.
