STACEY A. SULLIVAN practices in the areas of real estate law, general business law, taxation and estate planning.

Ms. Sullivan graduated magna cum laude from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/Business. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She received her Juris Doctor degree in 1996, graduating magna cum laude from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. At Hastings, Ms. Sullivan was an editor of the Hastings Law Journal. She is a member of the Order of the Coif and is a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Awards in Legal Writing and Research, Criminal Law and Constitutional Law. Ms. Sullivan also served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Kathryn M. Werdegar, Associate Justice, California Supreme Court. She was admitted to the California bar in 1996.

Prior to the practice of law, Ms. Sullivan practiced as a Certified Public Accountant. Her professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants, the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, the Irish American Bar Association and the Ernst & Young Alumni Association.
