SCOTT L. GILMORE specializes in commercial litigation, with specific expertise in real estate, construction, closely-held corporation and partnership litigation. Mr. Gilmore also handles employment litigation on behalf of employers. He has extensive experience in trying both jury and non jury cases in state and federal courts. He has also handled numerous arbitrations.

Mr. Gilmore graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California School of Business Administration in 1975 and was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. He received his Masters in Business Administration and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California in 1978.

Mr. Gilmore has served as a Judge Pro Tempore for both the Los Angeles County Municipal Court and the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Mr. Gilmore's professional affiliations include the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the American Bar Association, in which he is a member of the litigation section of both associations. Mr. Gilmore is also a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
