NEIL D. MARTIN practices in the area of general litigation matters with specific expertise in intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright litigation, protection of trade secrets, and unfair competition. He also has substantial experience in real property/fraud and construction litigation.
Mr. Martin was admitted to the California bar in 1980, after receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University at Chico in 1977. He received his law degree from the University of Southern California in 1980, where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta.
Mr. Martin's professional affiliations include the Litigation Section of Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Intellectual Property Section of the American Bar Association.
