MICHAEL J. DIBIASE specializes in the representation of privately held businesses. He has extensive expertise in corporate, partnership, limited partnership and limited liability company law, and assists clients in business formation, financing matters (including venture capital financing and securities issues related to raising capital), buying and selling businesses and winding up and liquidating businesses.

Mr.DiBiase received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Los Angeles, graduating magna cum laude in 1975. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California Los Angeles Law School in 1979. He is a member of the Order of the Coif. He was admitted to the California bar in 1979.
