KYLE D. BROWN specializes in the representation of management in all aspects of labor and employment relations law. Mr. Brown's special area of expertise is the trial of all state and federal court and administrative proceedings under the National Labor Relations Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and all Federal and State equal employment opportunity and labor relations law. He possesses extensive experience in labor arbitration, collective bargaining, labor-management trust fund matters, apprenticeship law, public sector labor relations and client counseling on all aspects of employment law.

Mr. Brown received his Bachelor of Arts Degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California in 1961, with undergraduate honors including Honors at Entrance, Dean's List and Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree in 1964 from the University of Southern California, where he was a member of the University of Southern California Law Review. Mr. Brown was admitted to the California Bar in 1965.

Mr. Brown is a long-time member of the American Bar Association's Labor Law Section, in particular its Committee on the Development of Equal Employment Opportunity Law. He is co-author of the 'Equal Employment Practices' chapter of the Continuing Education of the Bar book entitled, 'Advising California Employers' (1981). Additionally, Mr. Brown is a frequent speaker before employer and trade association groups and is a panel speaker for the American Management Association.
