ARNOLD D. WOO
practices in the area of general civil and business litigation, and complex business litigation. Additionally, he has experience in intellectual property, environmental, and class action litigation.
Mr. Woo graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with an A.B. in Political Science in 1985 and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Law School in 1992 and was awarded the Norma Zarky Memorial Award for excellence in the field of entertainment law. He is also the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Awards in The Role of the Lawyer: Professional Responsibility and Gifts, Wills and Trusts. Mr. Woo was admitted to the California bar in 1992 and has also been admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh and Ninth Circuits, the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California and the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of International Trade, and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Woo serves on the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Professional Responsibility and Ethics Committee.
