AMY B. MESSIGIAN specializes in labor and employment law and litigation, with a special emphasis on employment discrimination and on entertainment industry transactions. 

Ms. Messigian received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of California Los Angeles in 2001, with minors in Anthropology and Policy Studies, and undergraduate honors including Dean's List, Phi Beta Kappa, admission to the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and departmental honors in Political Science.  Ms. Messigian was also President of the UCLA chapter of Golden Key and a recipient of the highly competitive Gold Shield Alumni Scholarship.

In 2006, Ms. Messigian received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., where she was the articles editor of the American Criminal Law Review, editor-in-chief of the Georgetown Law Weekly, and a member of the International Women's Human Rights Clinic.  As a member of the clinic, Amy received her first legal victory as part of a team that successfully challenged a sexually discriminatory law in the Ugandan Constitutional Court.  Ms. Messigian also participated in the Georgetown Entertainment & Media Alliance (GEMA) Externship and had a paid summer internship with Constantin Film in Los Angeles under the tutelage of the Executive Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs.

Ms. Messigian was admitted to the California Bar in 2007.  She plays a leadership role in the American Bar Association's Litigation Section's Woman Advocate Committee, and is also a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association. 

In her spare time, Ms. Messigian loves expanding her culinary skills and creating unbeatable fantasy sports teams.
